What happens after you sign up for a course tour

Your course is built within ten business days of signing, once your intake form is back. You see the finished tour and give the green light before anyone else sees it.

One person signs off

Pick one person to approve the tour. That person sends us one list of changes.

A committee slows everything down. One name keeps it moving.

Play hole 15
Hole 15 at River Ridge. Yours is held to the same standard.

When your course changes later

  • New scorecard: send it, and the tour changes with it.
  • New green or a moved tee: send us the plans and we update it.
  • Every hole keeps its own link through every change.

What you keep doing

Nothing. We host it, keep it matched to your card, and keep it working on your site.

Questions this raises

Will we see our course before we sign?

No. Nothing is built until you sign. You see the finished tour and approve it before it goes live.

Can we change things after we approve it?

Yes. A new scorecard or a changed hole is part of keeping the tour up under your licence.

Next step

See if your course qualifies.

A few short questions, then a twenty-minute call. We check your course before we talk, and the call opens with what we found. Not every course qualifies.
