This page says what the application collects, where it goes, how long it is kept, what the site records when you visit, which ad tags run here, and how to have any of it deleted.
The application
What you give us when you apply.
- What it collectsYour name, email and mobile; your course, its town and state; whether it is a single course or one of several; your role; who signs off; when you want it live; your website; and what you use for course visuals today.
- WhyTo check your course before we talk and to prepare for the call. Not every course qualifies.
- Where it goesFillout, the form shown on our own apply page; Cal.com, the calendar on our book page, if you pick a time; our Google Workspace inbox and calendar; and our own client records.
- How long it is keptAs long as we are in contact about working together. Ask, and it is deleted.
- DeletionEmail info@heroshotsmedia.com and your application is deleted from each place above.
The form and the calendar are run by Fillout and Cal.com under their own privacy policies. Both are shown inside our pages.
Analytics
One random id,for 90 days.
When you visit, this site stores one random id in a cookie on your browser for 90 days. It tells us which ad or link brought you here and, if you apply, which visits led to your application. It never holds your name or email. We also record how our pages are used: clicks, scrolls and moves between pages. Everything you type, and the words on the page, are blanked out in those recordings. PostHog, our analytics service, stores this in the United States. To have your record deleted, email info@heroshotsmedia.com.
Ad platforms
Two ad tags, on this site only.
Pages on heroshotsmedia.com also load the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. They tell Meta and LinkedIn when one of our ads led to a visit, an application or a booked call, so we stop paying for the ads that do not.

- LinkedIn Insight TagSets LinkedIn's own cookie, under LinkedIn's privacy policy.
- What our server sendsWhen your application qualifies or you book a call, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and phone number, which Meta and LinkedIn can match only against an account they already hold.
- Where none of this runsCourse tours, embeds and club websites: no tag, no cookie, no id.
